What is your warranty policy?

SARGE GIFTS Warranty covers the defects due to workmanship of materials. Lifetime warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear, abuse, improper maintenance, disassembly of parts, or attempted repair. It is the responsibility of the dealer and/or customer to return the defective product with postage paid to SARGE Warranty Department. Visit SARGE Warranty to complete the warranty form.

Can I get any item customized?

SARGE GIFTS offers laser engraving for personalized gifts on select items. Visit Personalized Products to view the products available for engraving.  SARGE also offers monogram services as well.
