How do I calculate the shipping cost on an order?

To find out the total cost of your order, simply add the product(s) you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart. You can then view your Shopping Cart to get the total cost of your order, including the cost of the shipping.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge a flat rate for shipping based on the weight of the item(s) being shipped. Our shipping prices are VERY reasonable! Unless otherwise stated, all products DO NOT include shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated on the Shopping Cart page.

Where am I able to ship my order to?

Sarge Gifts currently markets to the United States only.

Where will my order ship from?

Who do you use to ship?

We utilize UPS or USPS.

Can I ship C.O.D. or to a P.O. Box?

We do not ship COD and cannot mail to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery. We do not ship to APO addresses.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?

Although every effort is made to process and ship your order within two business days, shipping time is dependent on stock availability. If an out-of-stock or back-order situation arises, we advise the customer as soon as possible and refund the transaction.

Return Policy

Sarge International doing business as SARGE GIFTS hereby states that:

  1. We cannot accept returns for any reason after 1 year from the date of sale. Items that include personalization, cannot be returned for refund. Instead, it will be treated as an exchange for another item of equal or lesser value.
  2. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless defective, and then only for replacement for an identical item.
  3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Provisions of this warranty shall not apply to: Sarge Personalization products, or those products sold by SARGE GIFTS which are used for a purpose other than which they were designed for, or which has been altered in any way that would be detrimental to the performance or life of the product or misapplication, misuse, negligence or accident shall not be covered by SARGE GIFTS.
