SARGE LIFETIME WARRANTY 

SARGE GIFTS Lifetime Warranty is our promise to customers that we stand behind the quality of our product 100% allowing you to keep Sarge product around for a lifetime.

We warrant all of our products including defects due to workmanship or materials for the lifetime of the original owner. Items that are found defective will be replaced with a new Sarge item of equal value. SARGE GIFTS does not warrant its product against damage due to normal wear, abuse, improper maintenance, disassembly of parts, scratches to the finish (considered normal wear), or attempted repair.

Instructions to submit your SARGE GIFTS for warranty:

Please complete and print the Warranty Form to include with your product. Please be sure all sections of the form are completed.

Step #2
You can return your product by any shipping method you find most convenient. We recommend attaining a tracking number or Delivery Confirmation for your package. SARGE GIFTS is not responsible for lost or stolen products.

WARRANTY FAQ'S

What is the turnaround time for warranty?

Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your replacement.

I cannot find my product needing replacement on your website, what do I do?
In most cases the item is discontinued if you are unable to find it on the website. For discontinued products, we will replace it with a similar style of equal or less value.

My gift is engraved; will my new gift be engraved?
We do not offer engraving on replacement products. To order a new item engraved with personalization, visit our Personalization page.

Will SARGE GIFTS provide a shipping label to return my product for warranty?
Sarge will not pay for shipping costs to their facility. However, SARGE will cover expenses when shipping the new replacement to you.

My Gift has sentimental value; will I receive the original gift back?
We do not offer repairs or extra parts for products. Products sent in for warranty will be replaced with a new product.
